ILCA offers a wide variety of study modules for you to Learn new information while you Earn credit toward your certification. Modules are derived from articles in the Journal of Human Lactation (JHL), ILCA conference sessions, and notable publications. Need a few more E-CERPs? ILCA has them! Need to update your knowledge on a particular topic? ILCA has scores of topics from which to choose. Most modules remain active for three years from the date they are published. Expiration dates appear in the catalog and on the description of each module. Some modules are graded and require a score of 70 percent or greater. Other modules are pass/fail. All module materials are accessed online and completed online.

ILCA members receive a 50% discount off the nonmember price of the study module. To receive the discount, you must log on through the Members Only page of the ILCA Website atwww.ilca.org. If you are not an active ILCA member and would like to receive the ILCA member rate, please update your member status before you purchase your study modules. You may update membership by phone at 919-459-6100 or by clicking on the Membership tab on the ILCA home page.
To purchase modules You will find all the modules available for purchase by clicking on Catalog on the navigation bar at the top of the page. Then click on a title to see a description of the module. Before you can make a purchase, you must first register by opening an account.
Non Member Account: Click on Register under My Profile on the right side of this page.
ILCA Member Account: To receive your member discount you must Register through the Members Only CERPs onDemand Portal. Once you are registered as an ILCA member, you will receive your member discount for any study modules you purchase. If you do not see Member pricing during checkout please remove items from your basket and restart by entering through the Members Only CERPs onDemand Portal. Follow these steps:
Click on CERPs onDemand Portal under the Members Only tab.
Click on Register as an ILCA Member.
This will take you to the Registration page with "Welcome ILCA Member"at the top of the page. Be sure to scroll to the bottom of the registration form to enter the username and password you wish to use of the CERPs onDemand site.You may use any username and password combination when registering. It is unrelated to your ILCA membership number.
To Return as a Member:
Your Member login on the CERPs onDemand site remains active for 24 hours. If you re-enter the site after 24 hours, you will need to enter through the ILCA Members Only page to reactivate your member login.
Click on CERPs onDemand Portal under the Members Only tab.
Click on Login as an ILCA Member. You may be returned to the ILCA login page; simply click on Log in as a Member a second time and it will take you to the CERPs onDemand home page.
You will see "Student Login"on the top of the page and a box with "Welcome ILCA Member." You must login on this screen in order to access your modules or to purchase more modules.
On the bottom on the login page, enter the username and password you established for your account.
You will then see "Welcome, Your Name" under Profile on the right side of the page.
Click on My Modules under your name to find the modules you purchased.
